The answer is -10. No positive number could equal 25 and if 35-25 is 10, it would only make sense to be negative. Say if you have $25 but you need 35, you’d be in debt of $10 you borrowed from someone else. Hope this makes sense, I’m not the best at explaining.

Answer:

B=-10

Explanation:

Hi!

So let's write the equation again

A+B=C

The next step is to plug in known values:

35+B=25

Now we solve this as a normal algebra equation:

Do same to both sides

B = 25-35

B=-10

I hope this helped. Let me know if you have any questions
