The part that is red in color is the part that shows oxygen.
A water molecule's two hydrogen atoms are angled at roughly 104.5 degrees. The repulsion between the oxygen atom's lone pairs of electrons produces the bending shape. Because of its unique molecular structure, water has a high heat capacity, exceptional solvent qualities, and the capacity to create hydrogen bonds.
The electron density is distributed unevenly because the oxygen atom is more electronegative than the hydrogen atom. This results in a partial positive charge on the hydrogen atom and a partial negative charge on the oxygen atom.
