The table of value of the function consist of x and y values.

The graph of the function is shown in the image attached.

How to model the function?

The table of value and the graph of the function y = 1/6 x + 3 is calculated by applying the following method as shown below.

The given function;

y = 1/6 x + 3

when x = -18, the value of y is calculated as;

y = 1/6 (-18) + 3

y = -3 + 3

y = 0

when x = 0, the value of y becomes;

y = 1/6 (0) + 3

y = 3

when x = 1, the value of y becomes

y = 1/6 (1) + 3

y = 1/6 + 3

y = 3.167

when x = 2, the value of y becomes

y = 1/6 (2) + 3

y = 1/3 + 3

y = 3.33

when x = 3, the value of y becomes

y = 1/6 (3) + 3

y = 1/2 + 3

y = 3.5

The table of the values is;

x: -18 0 1 2 3

y: 0 3 3.67 3.33 3.5

The graph of the function is shown in the image attached.
