Answer:

Split Brain Surgery:

Processing of Left Visual Field:

The left visual field is processed in the right hemisphere of the brain.

Language Processing:

Language is mostly processed in the left hemisphere of the brain.

If an image is shown in the left visual field, the split brain patient would have difficulty verbally expressing it because the language processing centers are in the opposite hemisphere.

Control of Hand Movement:

The right hemisphere controls the movement of the left hand.

The left hemisphere controls the movement of the right hand.

Drawing with Left and Right Hand:

The split brain patient would likely be able to draw what they saw in the left visual field with their left hand.

Drawing with the right hand might be more challenging due to the limited communication between the left visual field and the left hemisphere, which controls the right hand.

Biopsychology of Emotion, Stress, and Health:

Obsessions and Compulsions in OCD:

Obsessions: Intrusive and unwanted thoughts, images, or urges that cause significant anxiety or distress. Examples include fears of contamination, fears of harming others, or fears of making a mistake.

Compulsions: Repetitive behaviors or mental acts performed to reduce the anxiety caused by obsessions. Examples include excessive hand washing, counting, or checking.

Behaviors Related to Aggression:

Hostile Aggression:

Description: Aggression motivated by a desire to harm someone, either physically or emotionally.

Example: A person getting into a physical fight with someone they dislike.

Instrumental Aggression:

Description: Aggression used as a means to achieve a goal other than causing harm for its own sake.

Example: Using aggressive behavior to obtain a desired object or resource.

Reactive Aggression:

Description: Aggression that is a response to a perceived threat or provocation.

Example: Reacting aggressively when feeling attacked or threatened.

These concepts relate to the understanding of behavioral and psychological aspects associated with split brain surgery, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and aggressive behaviors.
