Answer:

f(x) = 1/4 x² - 7

Explanation:

x + 7 ≥ 0

x ≥ -7

y/2 = 2 /2 √(x+7)

y/2 = √(x+7)

y ≥ 0

(y/2)² = √(x+7)²

y²/4 = x +7

x = y²/4 - 7

f(x) = x²/4 - 7

Answer:

the inverse of f(x)=2x−7 f ( x ) = 2 x - 7 .

Explanation:

check if f−1(f(x))=x f - 1 ( f ( x ) ) = x and f(f−1(x))=x f ( f - 1 ( x ) )
