You can see on the left there's a 30 - 60 - 90 triangle with a hypotenuse of 4. Using the proportion rule, you know that the 2nd side is 4/

Then, find the area, so do base * height = 5 *
4√(3) /3 =
20√(3)/3.

Put this in a calculator and you get: 11.5 m^2
