Hello! :)

\large\boxed{g(3) = -10}

If 3 is apart of the domain, then x = 3.

The range is equivalent to g(x), or the y-value. To solve for this when x = 3, we must plug 3 into the equation:

g(x) = -2x - 4

g(3) = -2(3) - 4

Simplify:

g(3) = -6 - 4

g(3) = -10
