Answer: Practices can vary depending on what kind of team you are leading, but usually contain stunts, tumbling, practicing crowd-leading cheers, and conditioning.

Explanation: Not a coach, just an athlete here. My practices usually go as follows: stretching, warming up (such as taking a few laps around our mat), stunting, and tumbling, and on days that we didn't stunt and tumble we conditioned (legs, arms, and core strength). But as I mentioned earlier, these things can change based on the team's practice. I hope this helps!
