Explanation:

wouldn't the equation be something like y=5x+0? If x=5 then x would be the slope. So then if the slope is 5 you'd start off your equation y=5x but there might not be a y-int for this equation because the equation only has an x and there is no y.

(Not sure if you understand it, but if it were to me I'd do something like this because there is only one number in the equation, hope this helps in some way....)
