59 y/o male Pt was admitted to ER with SOB and c/o severe CP. At the point of admit, BP was 220/120, HR: 115 bpm. PMH include HTN, CHD, USA, and CHF. Current Dx: R/O MI, EKG and labs pending. Pt was given MS, PRN, IV for comfort. Currently, VSS, will transfer to TCU for observation.
