For any of the pet sitting services listed in the table, how many hours can you purchase before it would be cheaper to pay for one day.

Table if you need it

Number of pets =

One dog = $20 per day and $7 per hour

Two dogs = $25 per day and $9 per hour

One or Two Cats = $15 per day and $6 per hour
The amount i found for the recent question was $44

Answer:

One dog= 2 hours

Two dogs= 2 hours

One or Two cats= 2 hours

You would only be able to purchase 2 hours before it would be cheaper to pay for one day

Explanation:

One dog: the hourly rate is $7

7x2 = $14 but 7x3 = $21

The daily rate is $20 so it would be cheaper to pay for the day after 2 hours.

Two dogs: the hourly rate is $9

9x2= $18 but 9x3= $27

With the daily rate being only $25, paying for anymore than 2 hours would be more expensive than paying for the day.

One or Two cats: the hourly rate is $6

6x2= $12 but 6x3=$18

Again, $18 is more than the daily rate of $15

You can purchase 2 hours before it would be cheaper to pay for one day.
