The number of solutions 2x+3y=4, x-y=3, 3x+5y=6 is​

Solving two of the equations simultaneously

2x+3y=4, ... 1 *1

x-y=3 ... 2 * 2

2x+3y = 4

2x-2y = 6

subtract

3y+2y = 4+6

5y = 10

y = 10/5

y = 2

Recall that x - y = 3

x - 2 = 3

x = 3+2

x = 5

Hence the solution has just one solution
