-x + y = 2
slope: (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (0- -1)/(-2- -3) = 1/1 = 1
point slope form: (y-y1) = m (x-x1)
y-0 = 1 (x+2)
y = x + 2
standard form:
subtract x from both sides
-x + y = 2
