Notice that 8 can be written in exponential form of
2^(3)

When you see
(2^(3) )^{(8)/(3) } , recognize that
(a^(m) )^(n) =a^(mn)

3 ×
\frac{8}3} = 8

Hence, the answer is
2^(8) . Which means 256.
