The models of A, C and D correctly shows the fraction of 2/3 shaded in orange.

The model in A have six (6) identical squares with which four (4) are shaded in orange and gives a fraction of 4/6. When simplified further we have;

4/6 = 2/3

The model in C have three (3) identical rectangles with which two (2) are shaded in orange and gives a fraction of 2/63

The model in D have twelve (12) identical rectangles with which eight (8) are shaded in orange and gives a fraction of 8/12, further simplifying gives;

8/12 = 2/3.

The models in B and E will give same fractions of 1/3 so they can not correct to show the required fraction of 2/3. Therefore, we select the models of A, C and D as they show the required fraction.
