weather is controlled by changes in air pressure, caused by the weight of huge numbers of air molecules that make up the atmosphere.

You got this! The first question is just math. Find the month that has the lowest temperatures.

The answer is July

because looking at the table the smallest values in the minimum temp row is -9.9

In the maximum temp row the smallest value is -18.1 which is also July.

Remember -10 is smaller (or colder!) than -1

Question 2

Precipitation is just water. Given the temperature (average -14 C) is that going to be in the form of rain, snow, hail, or dew?

Probably not dew given that there has been 28.5 mm of it.

Snow freezes around 0C so it's definitely cold enough! But it is also could enough for hail! I'll leave the rest up to you!

Comment if you have any questions or more specifics that could help me answer the second question better
