What is a theme of "Hold Fast Your Dreams"?

A theme for this poem could be to never lose hope in your dreams. This is a theme because in the poem it says, "Within your heart Keep one still, secret spot Where dreams may go." I think this means to cherish your dreams, no matter how small they are.
