-most of the population will be vaccinated causing ‘herd immunity’ with this even if one was to get infected itd be difficult to pass it on to others
- table 1 shows the unvaccinated numbers being much higher in infected, hospitalised and deaths when not vaccinated at all as no one has immunity to the disease
- however we can see the major decrease in these negative effects when people are vaccinated in a pandemic, as these numbers rise the infected decreased by approx 60,000 and those hospitalised decreased on average showing the positive effects of an effective vaccine
