That will be 2x-1 because
(4x-2x)+(-4+3)=
2x-1
The addition sign would turn to subtract because of the reciprocal sign. Reciprocal is a sign that switch base on your sign of negative and positive.

6x-1 because you combine like terms 4x+2x=6x and then -4+3=-1
