Price of shoes after markup is $88

Explanation:

$55 + %60 markup or

55 x .60 = $33

55 + $33= $88

Answer: $88

x/55 is the same as 60%/1005 so 55 x 60 / 100 = 33 which is the mark up then add 55 and 33 to get the total price
