These are five sentences using the personal A in Spanish:
- Llevé a mi perro al veterinario.
- Julia adora a su hermana.
- Todos los días acompaño a mi mamá al supermercado.
- Juan abrazó a su vecino.
- Traje a Lucía de vacaciones.
There is no personal A in English, but in Spanish, we use the personal A, for example, when the direct object of the sentence is a person. Whe use the preposition A, like in the sentences listed above.
However, you can also use the personal A for animals, plants or even some things depending the meaning you are giving to them.
