To what temperature must a given mass of nitrogen at 0°c be heated so both it's volume and pressure wil be doubled

0 degrees Celsius is 273 degrees Kelvin. As both pressure and volume are proportional to absolute temperature, in order to double both you would need to quadruple the temperature. I.e. 273 X 4 = 1092 Kelvin = 819 Celsius.. Quite hot
