I need help writing my story. I just need the first sentence. Its about lovers who try to get back together after a rough patch in their last relationship.

"It had been 2 weeks since they had broken up. (character's name) couldn't stop thinking about him/her/they. What could they/she/he do without them/her/him? All they/he/she was without them/her/him was... nothing."
