HELP ASAP!!Solve for x. Enter the solutions from least to greatest.

X squared minus 5x minus 14=0
lesser x=
greater x=

x^2 - 5x - 14 = 0

what multiplies to negative 14 and adds to negative 5? -7 and positive 2.

(x - 7) (x + 2) = 0

Lesser x = -2
Greater x = 7
