Explanation:

The arc, DF is 2x the inscribed angle DGF. A central angle is equal to it’s arc. We find arc length by multiplying the inscribed angle 31 x 2 which = 62. Then knowing that central angle is equal to the corresponding arc, we automatically know the central angle is 62.
