Answer:

y=-3x+8

Explanation:

Slope intercept is as follows: y=mx+b

m is the slope so replace the m with -3

y=-3x+b

b is the y intercept, so replace the b with 8 (keep in mind that had the y-intercept been negative, we would have subtracted)

This then gives you

Y=-3x+8
