x=-2 \implies y=(1/3)^(-2)=3^(2)=9\\\\x=-1 \implies y=(1/3)^(-1)=3\\\\x=0 \implies y=(1/3)^0=1\\ \\ x=1 \implies y=1/3\\\\x=2 \implies y=(1/3)^2 =1/9
