There many advantages of sleeping early and rising early. More rest equals more energy, plain and simple . If you get into the routine of rising early and retiring to bed early you are more likely to have a better sleeping pattern which leads to being more energetic throughout the day, helping you accomplish your goals and tasks in a faster and more productive manner.

If a person want to have rest he think of sleeping but if the same person need to work then he also need to get up and do his routine work. Studies show that an afternoon nap is great for adults, too. There's no need to feel lazy for indulging in daytime sleep. A short nap in the mid-afternoon can boost memory, improve job performance, lift your mood, make you more alert, and ease stress. Cozy up to these nap benefits.

Lack of sleep causes irritability, increased stress, forgetfulness, difficulties with learning and low motivation. Over time, it can contribute to anxiety and depression. Sleep time guidelines depend on a child's age. Every child is different, so take time to figure out what works best for your child.

At a more advanced level, sleep deprivation can over-stimulate parts of the brain and even lead to permanent brain damage, according to a report on sleep deprivation among students published by The Guardian. “This is because of the brain's 'neural plasticity' – which means its ability to adapt to new situations.

Consider the following; Early to bed, early to rise, make a man healthy and wise. This statement is both physically and mentally correct. When going to bed early and waking up early, you get an opportunity to be refreshed throughout the day. Although being refreshed isn’t the only positive, you also have being motivated to do whatever you need to do throughout the day. Without enough sleep, you will be miserable unable to accomplish much. Now what does healthy and wise mean? Well, it makes you physically and mentally healthy. Sleep does affect your health. Wise men do wise things. Staying up late isn’t very wise. This whole statement ties into each other, and relies on each other.
