Section 1 of State Law 5781 states that innkeepers, hoteliers, or restaurant owners aren't required by law to provide services like food or accommodation to individuals whose presence could offend the majority of their customers and harm their business.

Section 2 of the law specifies that theater owners or operators of public amusement places are not obligated to allow individuals into their shows or venues if their presence might offend most of the audience or patrons, ultimately causing harm to the business.
