polynomials P and Q defined by :
P(x) = (m - 2)x2 + (2a + 3)x +b +6 and

Answer:

m = 5

a = -3

b = -15

Explanation:

(m - 2) = 3 for x^2

(2a + 3) = - (m - 2) = (2 - m) for x^1

(b + 6) = (2a - 3) for x^0
