Answer:

The second one is technical. Why? Well, a technical meaning is something very literal and you don't need to guess what it means. It describes the part of the bee literally. It's the exact opposite of figurative wording. You can think of it as the textbook definition.

The third part of the table is figurative language and it means that (with this type of figurative language) it is comparing the eyes of the bee to those of an alien which we know are not actually alien eyes (I mean...part of me doesn't want to find out if this is true). It's not literal and you kinda have to image it in your head. It is the exact opposite of technical language and describes something playfully (in a way) and is NOT the "textbook definition."
