To find perimeter of a triangle we add all 3 sides so we do the same here


(5m-2n)+(7m+10p)+(8p-9n)

Set the like terms next to each other


(5m+7m)+(-2n-9n)+(10p+8p)

Combine like terms


12m-11n+18p

I will rearrange this as an option choice


18p+12m-11n

Therefore the first option is correct
