Read this sample paragraph to the right. It's supposed to be a summary of the Declaration of Independence.

George Washington always made good decisions as president of the United States. He wanted to keep the country neutral in foreign events. When France and England went to war, he refused to get involved. He was smart to stay out of the war because the US was still new and probably couldn't handle it.

I don’t see any examples of first or second person pronouns.
