How do you think your dietary practices affect your physical, social, and mental health?

You’re body needs a variety of things , as well as you’re brain, to function properly. proteins,carbohydrates,minerals,amino acids etc . If you don’t consume enough of these it can negatively impact you’re health , both physical and mental.
