first thing that seems to be a given (and not mentioned in the description) : QM is a diameter (straight line) through the circle. otherwise this cannot be solved without further information.

remember, a half-circle has 180°.

so, arc angle MAP = 180 - 33 = 147°.

arc angle RMP = RM + MAP = 46 + 147 = 193°.

arc angle RSQ = 180 - 46 = 134°.

arc angle MRQ is the full half-circle = 180°.

arc angle MAP (as above) = 147°.
