y= 1/4x+3

1. you would graph a dot on 3 on the y axis
2. you would go 1 place to the right, then 4 places up, and graph a dot there
3. keep on doing this

hope this helps!

Answer:

Ok so the information you gave is :-

Slope = 1/4

Y-intercept = 3

So first you will graph the y-intercept. So the y-intercept is 3 or (0, 3). Then you will plot the slope which is 1/4. If you know that slope = rise/run. So you will go 1 unit up and 4 units to the right. Hope this helps, thank you and if you need help then I am here.
