well, clearly is only 3 feet difference, so hmmm if we take the 4(origin amount) to be the 100%, what is 3 off of it in percentage?


\begin{array}{ccll} Amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 4 & 100\\ 3& p \end{array} \implies \cfrac{4}{3}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{p} \implies 4p=300\implies p=\cfrac{300}{4}\implies p=75
