The slope of the line is -2. AC is the ride while AB represents rise.

How to determine slope of line.

The equation of the line passing through points (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂) is given by:

y - y₁ = (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)(x - x₁)

For the points (0,3) and (3,-3), the equation becomes:

y - 3 = (-3 - 3)/{3 - 0}(x - 0)

y - 3 = -6/3 (x)

y - 3 = -2x

y = -2x + 3

The equation of the line is y = -2x + 3

AB is the run and AC is rise.

The slope of the line is -2, that the coefficient of x in the linear equation
