To program your Fios remote to control your TV's power functions, follow these steps:

Turn on your TV manually.
Press and hold the "TV" and "OK" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the TV button blinks twice.
Enter the code for your TV brand using the numeric keypad. You can find the codes in the Fios remote manual.
Once the TV turns off, press the "TV" button to lock in the code. The TV should turn on if the code is correct.
Test the remote by pressing the "TV" button to turn off your TV. If successful, your Fios remote can now control your TV's power.
