The value of x in the equation is -10/3

Indices is written in form axⁿ. Where a is the coefficient, x is the base and n is the power.

There are different rules that guides solving problem relating to indices.

solving for x

x³ = -1/0.027

x³ = -1 /27/100

x³ = -1 ÷ 27/1000

x³ = -1 × 1000/27

x =

\sqrt[3]{ ( - 1000)/(27) }

x = -10/3

Therefore the value of x in the equation is -10/3
