Therefore:


\boxed{(y-y_1)/(y_2-y_1) = (x-x_1)/(x_2-x_1)}


(y-(-3))/(3-(-3)) = (x-0)/(3-0)


(y+3)/(6) =(x)/(3)


(y+3)/(2) =x


y+3=2x


y=2x-3
