The perimeter of the figure is P = 47.42 units.

How to find the perimeter?

The perimeter is the total length around the figure.

Here we can see:

One side of 6 units.

Two sides of 16 units.

One half-circle of diameter of 6 units.

The circumfernce of that half circle of diameter of 6 units is:

c = (3.14*6)/2 units = 9.42 units

Then the total perimeter of the figure is:

P = 6 units + 2*16 units + 9.42 units

P = 47.42 units.
