Answer:

Everyone except Bill, Else, Luke, Neil, and Ron

Explanation:

Now, when a Venn diagram question says "or", it means union.

So it's A ∪ B/ All the names provided in both set A and B.

Since Bill, Else, Luke, Neil, and Ron are neither in set A or set B, they are not counted.
