The slope of the line is 10.

How to find the slope?

Here we have the table:

x y

0.2 2

0.4 4

0.6 6

0.8 8

Remember that if a line passes through two points (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂), the slope is given by:

m = (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)

Using the first two pairs in the table (0.2, 2) and (0.4, 4) we will get the slope:

m = (4 - 2)/(0.4 - 0.2) = 2/0.2 = 10
