8 mins per mile

The runner is talking about part (b)

Part a) is miles per minute and the runner said they did 10 minutes every mile same thing as minutes per mile or part b

Explanation:

Since your doing per minute you do you do the amount of miles over the amount of minutes so you can see how many miles the runner went in each minute

And when doing per mile its the same idea you just minutes over miles now so you get for every mile the number of minutes.
