Answer:

L1 = L2 = 16.5 cm and L3 = 7cm

Explanation:

Triangle perimeter = L1 + L2 + L3 = 40 cm

L1 = L2 = L

L3 = 7

Then:

40 = 2L +7

33 = 2L

L = 33/2

L = 16.5 cm
