Answer: x= 5/3 , y=19
Steps: First substitute 6x+9 into -2x+2y=-2 for “y” ➡️ should look like this -2x+2(6x+9)=-2 then you multiply -2x and 6x since they are like terms you get -12x then you multiply 9*2 you get 18 you should have an equation: -12x+18=-2. You should subtract 18 on both sides ➡️-12x/12=20/-12 this equals x=5/3. Finally, you substitute that into y=6x+9➡️ y= 6(5/3)+9 it should equal y=19.
