Answer: y + 7 = -5(x + 3)

==================================

Work Shown:

m = -5 is the slope

(x1,y1) = (-3,-7) is the point the line goes through

Plug this into the point slope form below and simplify.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - (-7) = -5(x - (-3))

y + 7 = -5(x + 3)

Side note: If we solved for y, we'd get y = -5x - 22 showing that -22 is the y intercept.
