Hypothenuse formula : a^2 + b^2 = c^2

100^2 + 100^2 = c^2
20,000 = C^2
C = 141.4

Minus house length : 141.4 - 100 = 41.4

Total fence : 100 + 100 + 41.4 = 241.4 ft
