Natural disasters have more of an affect on an ecosystem than they do to humans. This can be a positive or negative impact. In terms of a wildfire, a positive impact maybe be that the land gains fresh ground and soil to rebuild and grow from as well as removal of trash, certain invading species, and even chemicals. Negative would be that a large majority of the animals and wildlife would be deceased and toxic gases would be released into the atmosphere.
